Consumer Agreement

This document constitutes the terms of business between you and Pamplona fiesta,inc. By completing a transaction with us, you agree to these terms. Please read this carefully.

Full payment is required to hold your reservation. If payment has not been received within 7 days of making a reservation, your reservation will be lost. We accept payments via credit card. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation and detailed instructions on how to locate your purchases.

By completing this transaction, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pamplona fiesta,inc. and any of its owners, employees, officers or affiliates against any action or liability arising from any loss or injury sustained inside or outside apartments, bullfights, transfers, balconies, hotels, restaurants, tours or events hosted by Pamplona fiesta,inc. Pamplona fiesta,inc. is not liable to the user for any damages, including any consequential damages, of any kind that may result from the use of the information on our web site or of any of our products or services.

Customer acknowledges that, by completing a transaction, they are aware that the running with the bulls in Pamplona is an inherently dangerous activity open only to those 18 years or older, is in no way safe and is proven to lead to critical injuries or death. Participation in the running of the bulls in Pamplona is completely voluntary, and customer accepts full responsibility for their decision to run with the bulls.

» BALCONIES

On the day of your balcony rental, if the entrance to your balcony is located in either CALLE ESTAFETA or CALLE MERCADERES, please arrive at the apartment between 6:30 a.m. and 6:45 a.m. as Estafeta and Mercaderes Streets are cleared and blocked for the Running of the Bulls by that time. A representative will lead you, along with all other spectators for the day, upstairs to your designated space promptly at 7:00 a.m. If you arrive after 7:00 a.m., you risk not making it up to the apartment. Balcony spaces are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to plan ahead and be on time. If you miss your scheduled Bull Run, we are unable to offer a replacement as the entire week will be sold out at that time.

On the day of your balcony rental, if the entrance to your balcony is located in PLAZA DEL CASTILLO , please arrive at the apartment between 7.15 a.m. And 7.30 a.m. A representative will lead you, along with all other spectators for the day, upstairs to your designated space promptly at 7:30 a.m. If you arrive after 7:30 a.m., you risk not making it up to the apartment. Balcony spaces are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to plan ahead and be on time. If you miss your scheduled Bull Run, we are unable to offer a replacement as the entire week will be sold out at that time.

Video and still cameras are welcome as well as monopods. Tripods are not allowed due to limited balcony space. Balconies are open for your use from 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. All guests must exit their Pamplona balcony no later than 8:30 a.m.

Please be aware that what you are booking are balcony spots (1 Spot = 1 Person) and not complete balconies. If you are booking 1 spot, that means we will welcome one person in the apartment. If you are booking 2 we will welcome 2 people, and so on.

Please note that we follow strict house rules. Violators are subject to immediate removal from the premises of any event. We do not allow throwing of objects or pouring of liquid from balconies or terraces, nor do we allow drunkenness, aggressive behavior or fighting. Outside food, drinks, bottles and glasses are not allowed at any event. Even though we are paying to be there, we are still considered guests in peoples’ homes. We maintain good relationships with our homeowners by bringing in high-caliber clientele who they can trust in their homes. Please also try to maintain a clean, presentable appearance, avoiding food and drink stains.

Failure to comply with any of the above may result in dismissal from our premises. In the case that you must be removed from an event, refunds are not available.

» BULLFIGHT TICKETS REJONES

Bullfight tickets are available for pickup at noon on July 6th. Tickets may be picked up at a location and time specified in our email communication to you. If you do not arrive on time, you risk not picking up your tickets. Bullfight tickets are non-refundable and we are unable to change your tickets to another day as the entire fiesta sells out in advance. It is your responsibility to plan ahead and pick your tickets up on time.

Bullfights begin at 6:30pm, but we highly recommend arriving at the Plaza de Toros by 5:45pm to locate your seat.

Children under 13 are not allowed to enter the bullring.

NOTE: Please be aware that advance tickets are expensive and will cost more than the face value of the tickets. It is sometimes possible to purchase tickets on the day of the event from scalpers found in front of the Plaza de Toros but this is never guaranteed and the price can vary wildly. If you are only visiting Pamplona for a day or two, we highly suggest paying the premium for certainty.

» BULLFIGHT TICKETS (From July 7th to 14th)

Bullfight tickets are available for pickup at noon on the day of your scheduled event. Tickets may be picked up at a location and time specified in our email communication to you. If you do not arrive on time, you risk not picking up your tickets. Bullfight tickets are non-refundable and we are unable to change your tickets to another day as the entire fiesta sells out in advance. It is your responsibility to plan ahead and pick your tickets up on time.

» TXUPINAZO OPENING CEREMONIES

The Txupinazo Opening Ceremony occurs on July 6th at noon when a local politician officially opens the Fiesta of San Fermin. Almost 12,000 people crowd into the Plaza Consistorial in time for the signal to tie on their red scarves.

The opening ceremony begins at noon but please arrive at our door at 10:00 a.m. For safety reasons, the doors are closed at this time. If you arrive after 10:30 a.m., you risk not making it up to the apartment. Balcony spot(s) are non-refundable; therefore it is your responsibility to plan ahead and be on time.

» POBRE DE MI – CLOSING CEREMONIES

The Pobre de Mi, Closing Ceremony occurs on July 14th at midnight when the mayor of Pamplona officially closes the Fiesta of San Fermin. Thousands gather in the Twon Hall to sing, dance and say goodbye to their festive days.

The closing ceremony begins at midnight but please arrive at our door at 11:00 p.m. For safety reasons, the doors are closed at this time. If you arrive after 11:00 p.m., you risk not making it up to the apartment. Balcony spot(s) are non-refundable; therefore it is your responsibility to plan ahead and be on time.

» FIREWORKS TERRACE

As an especially significant part of the San Fermin Festival, each night thousands of people gather in Citadel Park to enjoy the fireworks display, but you must arrive early to secure a suitable viewing space.

For those wishing for a little more luxury, Pamplona fiesta,inc. is proud to offer spaces in our extraordinary, unique VIP terrace, located just in front of the Citadel Park. From here, you can enjoy the contest from 10:00 p.m. throughout the fireworks display.

Please be aware that what you are booking are balcony spots (1 Spot = 1 Person) and not complete balconies. If you are booking 1 spot, that means we will welcome one person in the apartment. If you are booking 2 we will welcome 2 people, and so on.

The fireworks display takes place nightly at 11:00 p.m. from July 6th to July 14th. Our event begins at 10:00 p.m. and lasts until the fireworks are over. Please arrive on time at 10:00 p.m. If you do not arrive on time, it may be difficult to enter the building due to crowds and you risk losing your reservation. This is a non-refundable event.

Tickets may be picked up at a location and time specified in our email communication to you. If you do not arrive on time, you risk not picking up your tickets. Fireworks tickets are non-refundable and we are unable to change your tickets to another day as the entire fiesta sells in advance. It is your responsibility to plan ahead and pick your tickets up on time.

FORCE MAJEURE

Definition of Force Majeure:  In this Clause, “Event of Force Majeure” means an event beyond the control of Pamplona fiesta, Inc., which prevents a party from complying with any of its obligations under this Contract, including but not limited to:

– act of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves, volcanic ash and floods);

– war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies, mobilization, requisition, or embargo;

– rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power, or civil war;

– contamination by radio-activity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radio-active toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly;

– riot, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs or disorder, unless solely restricted to employees of the Supplier or of his Subcontractors; or

– acts or threats of terrorism

– any other event (such as, but not limited to rain, hail, severe storms, wind, and severe smog) which could cause the cancelation of pre-paid events, or partial cancellation of an event.

In the event of a Force Majeure, cancelation of a prepaid event will not result in a refund.

 

Return Policy

You may purchase from this Website using major credit cards. Pamplona fiesta Inc. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Please keep in mind that you are purchasing our services in Euros. In case of refund, we will refund you in Euros. When you book any service with us, our banking sistem (Stripe) will do the money conversion to your national currency. Stripe will do the same at the moment of the refund. You understand, that due to fluctuations in the value of currencies, you might end up getting a different amount of money (positive or negative).

“Please be aware that no-shows for Balcony Spots, Bullfight Tickets, Pelota Tickets, Restaurant Reservations, Tours, Transfers, “Txupinazo” Opening Ceremonies, “Pobre de Mi” Closing Ceremonies and all other events are not entitled to refunds. We cannot offer make-goods on later dates because we sell out for the entire fiesta.

Cancellations

Please note that we make commitments to people in Pamplona, based on your purchase.  Our suppliers are very firm about cancellations, so we must be as well. If you purchase from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the following terms for Balcony Spots, Bullfight tickets, Pelota Tickets, Restaurant Reservations, Tours, Transfers, Txupinazo Opening Ceremonies and the Pobre de Mi Closing Ceremonies. Please understand that any BANK fees will be charged to you in case of your cancellation.

  • Before April 1st: 75% Refund of payment
  • April 1st – May 1st: 50% Refund of payment
  • May 2nd -June 1st: 25% Refund of payment
  • After June 2nd: Payments are not refunded

If you are concerned about a cancellation, you may consider purchasing travel insurance to cover potential losses.
